~FOODIE FRIDAY & A WINNER~

Hello !!! Well here we are with yet another Foodie Friday Hosted by our great Gollum... http://designsbygollum.blogspot.com/ Please go by and visit her today to see all the Wonderful St. Patty's day Pot luck she is having...But please take your best table manners and a Fork...I have a feeling its going to be great Today...

Now I thought I would show you a recipe I got many years ago went my Mama was at Loma Linda heart hospital getting a 5 way by-pass... I went to a cooking class there so I could learn how to cook healthy for her... These are Baby Back Ribs, that are slowed cooked in the crock pot...I just cut them up add Lemon Pepper, Onion powder, and Garlic salt then add a half bottle of Honey Bar-B-Q sauce to them... Cook for about 5 hours...

Lemon Cabbage, with toasted Sesame seeds...oh girls this is really good...

I like to cut it in slices....

I Like to take the Sesame seeds about 3 tablespoons and add 2 large wooden spoon's of country crock butter and melt it in my wok ,add the Sesame seeds and toast real brown.....

Add the cabbage and then 1/2 cup Lemon juice...cook it all down...the Lemon just gives it a pop of flavor..Now this is what it looks like all done...it really is great tasting and healthy...Now Please go see our hostess Gollum !! Thanks Gollum ....Now Remember today was the day Mr. Random Thingy did his picking...well I had 63 that tossed their name in the hat for some fun Easter things give aways....well he did his thing and picked number # 7 with was Cynthia at Applestone Cottage...she has a wonderful blog so please go and see her ...Cindy I am so glad you won girl..
I want to Thank all of you that came by and left your name...I do so enjoy all of your comments...I wished I could send everyone something...as I love all my Blogging buds here..May you all have a great and Blessed day...
Hugs and smiles Gl♥ria

Hi Gloria,
Thanks for explaining the connection. I thought you all lived in same city or or state,
as you are all so close. As I mentioned to Rue, I hope you won't mind if I jump in and join the fun. I bet you really enjoy it over here with all your friends (and recipies). I do need to cook morel Have a ton of food allergies that limit the menu. No fruit is one... Ugh!
I hope you are warming up down there, so enjoy it all.
We have another month and one good snowstorm left ~~ then SPRING.
Have a good rest of the day.
Connie :)
