Happy St. Patrick's Day to you -

I am missing my girl today - it is her 19th birthday and the first one where I haven't seen her - she did send me a picture taken from her phone to mine - but that is NOT the same!! We did spend all of last week together though - that was nice!!

Have a good one and I hope your computer gets better soon!

Happy St Patty's Day Gloria! I just KNEW you would have a green robe for today! How chic!

I'm so sorry to hear about your computer woes. What a bummer! Thank the good Lord for 2 sons that are computer savvy 'cause their momma sure isn't!

I hate to disappoint you but the Peanut Butter Cake is MY recipe to be shared on a future post. I had to add an update on the bottom of my post so people would know it wasn't Dot's. Now I don't want to have a PBC bake off here with Dot! She's probably the better cook by far, but please go back and read my addition to my post for a laugh!

Hugs, Sherry

Gloria,
Thanks for stopping by today!!!
Girl it was so foggy this morning at 6:15 I couldn't see a thing. I keep saying "all you animals stay put" LOL. It was a bit scary this morning, but made it to work in one piece..
Have a great day...

600 daffodils wow!!! They are going to look great..

Hi Gloria,
Oh thank you sooo much for taking the time to type me such a long and thoughtful comment.
I am so bad at typing but you know I would type one that long if I could.

Sorry about your Mom.
That must be so hard to deal with.
My parents are both 71 now and doing well.
My Dad just had to have surgery for prostate cancer and he is even doing well with that.
I'm so grateful.
I do worry about them every day what it will be like without them though.

My sister just found out she is pregnant with baby number two. It really is a miracle since baby Noah took them four years of fertility treatments to conceive.
This one...no treatments. When they least expected it. Finally it happened.
I'm praying for it to go smoothly for her.

I'm soooo sorry your grandaughter lost her baby. I know her pain is unbearable at this time.
I'm sure they are very young and can try again in the future. I'll pray for them.

Let's pray this war will end completely before they both have to leave for Iraq. My husband says it will be going on for many more years no matter what it says in the media though....

You and I are doing lots and lots of praying lately it seems.

Have a wonderful day my friend. Maybe that "puter" will fix itself.
I can only hope.
~Melissa :)

Hi Gloria,
I was so happy to see your note....I was wondering if you had your computer fixed....so Thursday is the big day to get it back....My hubby cooked for St. Patrick's day dinner.....he is Irish and of course Mom was born and raised in Ireland so that would make me half Irish so St. Patrick's Day is a big deal around here for us and our children....so bottom line we had a great and fun day.....The next time I do get your way I will let you know...would be great to have a picture....I know what you mean about the small shope going out of business...it is good for us getting things half off but so bad for them....there are so many around here as well going under...some of the stores I just love going into they are gone now....so sad.....
well have a wonderful day Gloria,
Hugs,
Mo ;-)
