good morning, sister friend,
i loved reading your answers on your tag...we have a little in common...i took flying lessons once..i was so scared to fly with my hubby that i thought if i could just land a plane, i would feel better. hated every minute of the lessons but i did learn to take off and land it. when it came time to solo, tho...NO WAY !..so, of course, I didn't get my license. lol
we also were into the emu thing.
have a good weekend...

Wow! How interesting! Emu! Back in 2001 was the first time I'd ever seen an Emu. There was an article in the newspaper stating how healthwise it was to eat. Eat!!!!!! Oh No!!! Talk about ugly! LOL!!!!! Deb

WOW!! You are an amazing lady. I made my mom a grandma at 36, too!!
Thanks goodness my daughter was 28 before she had kids. Instead of 16 like I was. Or my mom would of been a great grandma at 52. You have done some very interesting things in your lifetime. I love hearing more about you!!

You have lived the "dash" that is put on headstones between the birth year and death year. You have already accomplished much and God only knows what lies in store for your future. Who knows, the best may be, yet to come.

Hi Gloria, those are some super interesting things about you. All so different and exciting. What happened to the farm????

Melissa Miller said...

Hi G, I think I cry more at sad animal stories than anything else. I warn my husband all the time not to ever tell me any. And animal shows...forget it. Tears for me too. We are moving to a Navy base in Maryland (Lexington Park)around May time frame. That's about 3 years sooner than we thought. UGH! Thanks for your encouragement. It means alot to me. ~Melissa :)

haaa! I am laughing because you just described MY HOUSE and MY HUSBAND wondering what was for dinner! He got eggs tonight! I am BUSY, sheesh! Between blogging and Christmas decorating - I haven't had time for much else and you can't even get into the kitchen with all my stuff everywhere! Oh Can't wait to hear about the farm - but I understand. I will have to go check our your flying days but that will have to wait until tomorrow. The family really does need clean underwear! Sheesh! ;) Take care CA sis! ~ Laurie
