Good morning girls, Just a quick update on how Candace's is doing....Well she waiting right now to be discharged from the hospital...They finally got the contractions to stop YIPPEE!! But she will have to be on strict bed rest for the next few months...She's not liking that at all...As she had planned on working right up until Landen James was born and then take off for 3 months... My Dawna slept in a chair for the past 2 nights..as she would not leave her Candace or the hospital...I took her sandwiches and snack food Yesterday...
So we will be taking shifts on taking care of her now...I will have the day time shift and then Branden ( her husband) will have the night time shift....I'm only four miles from her house and her Mama works and lives out of state...Allot of things I can do right here at home for her...like cook dinner and deliver it...But I will have to be there in the day to do housework and laundry for her plus her food shopping...This will cut into my blogging time...But family comes first and always with me...
I want to say a BIG THANK YOU for all your prayers...I do believe in the power of prayers...God does answer all Knee mails...
Again Thank you... To know more about this story go one post down...
Until next time from my mountain to yours,
Hugs and smiles Gl♥ria

OH GLORIA,
PRAISE GOD. I AM SO VERY HAPPY TO HEAR THIS NEWS. I KNOW THE BED REST IS AGGRAVATING BUT IT WILL SO BE WORTH IT. I WILL SAY A PRAYER FOR YOU ALSO AS YOUR WHOLE SCEDULE IS CHANGED. I WILL DEFINITELY CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR THEM.
IT IS A HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY.
HUGS
SIMPLY DEBBIE
It's good to hear she is going home. Will keep her in my prayers over these next months.
Take care of yourself too, Gloria!
Happy 4th of July!
What a relief, Gloria! I am so happy to hear the news! You are so sweet to take care of them both! We will miss you, but of course, we understand! Family does come first. Please keep us posted...hugs...Debbie
Oh Gloria, what a wonderful answer to prayer so far. I sure wish I lived close enough to help you. Don't you worry for one minute about us, we will keep praying for all of you. This will be a rough time, but praise the Lord she has you close by. Love you. Hugs, Marty
Great news!! You just take care of your family....we'll be here for you when you pop in!! So glad she is better....keep us posted when you can!
This is a HUGE relief, Gloria! So glad you checked in with us and let us know. You go take care of things, and we'll be here for you.
XO,
Sheila :-)
So glad....do what you need to do...we will be here and thinking of you!
Thank the Lord for that!
Glad to hear she is better. Get some rest and take care of yourself also.
Happy 4th.
Hi Gloria, I just got home and saw this post and read the one before this to get caught up. I hope she does o.k. and doesn't have the baby this early. She is due just a month before my daughter's baby girl. My son tried to come early like that with my first pregnancy and I was put on strict bed rest, too. He came two weeks late after that. I will keep her in my prayers.

So relieved to hear of the good news. I was on bed rest for 3 months with my first child. Not fun, but so worth it to finally get a baby! I'd lost 3 before him so he was my first little miracle. I'll keep praying that all goes well for Candace and the baby.
Could I ask for prayers for our little Bailee who's just 3-1/2 months? Right after I left you a comment yesterday I got a phone call that she was in the hospital with RSV. She's one sick little girl. I'd appreciate it.
Cindy
Good news! She couldn't have a better nurse!
You are such a good Grandma Gloria.
I am so happy to hear that she can come home and that they were able to stop the contractions. Take care my friend and don't overdo!
Hugs,
Cindy
Ooh Gloria, I was totally unaware that any of this was happening. Thank God the contractions have stopped and she can go home! How wonderful of you to want to pitch in to help them out during the day. You're one special lady.
Justine :o )
Yay! That's good news! I'm so glad you are so near her. Wow, three months of bed rest! I know you'll take good care of her and keep her company!
Will keep you all in my prayers.
Hugs,
Dawn
That is a gorgeous piece Gloria! I love the general store theme, you have some really beautiful pieces and it looks so warm and homey. For the record, I don't believe for a second that anyone ever dropped you on your head!
So glad she will be able to come home! The time will pass quickly and that sweet little baby will be here before we know it. I hope all goes well with her. Don't over do it though! LOL!
I am so happy that she is doing better! Take care of yourself during this time too. I know she is so appreciative of everyone's help. Being in bed is no fun. I hope she can read, watch movies and perhaps do some crafts while resting. It's difficult to go through this but the little one will be worth it!
Love and prayers for all ~
xoxo
Pat
So glad to hear that. The good Lord does answer knee mail!
Sherry
What good news! It's wonderful that you're so close by. I was on bed rest for the last month and I was sooo bored!
The candy cabinet is sooo fabulous!
Manuela
I just read about Candace and the contractions, you must have been so scared for her. I'm glad things are under control. I'm sure bed rest will be frustrating, but we mothers know it is soooo worth it when that baby gets here. I'll add her to my prayers. Hugs.
