All of these pieces of Ironstone I got from the thrift store or swap meet...I added paper to the back of the cabinet with double sided tape so I can remove it and change it outOf course it wouldn't say Gloria without a bust in it...Or a cloche's

I just got that book. I am trying to study it. Your hutch looks every bit as good as anything in that book, if not better. I haven't quite grasped it concept at this point.

It's so good to be back to blogging and visiting, I've really missed all of you while I was busy redecorating my bedroom. Today I was outside painting the Crown Moulding so that will be ready to put up in a day or so. I'm getting the flooring put in this weekend so I'm really excited and anxious to have it all done. xoxo

Hi Sis...

Girl, what a sweet surprise!!! I didn't even know that you had a hutch in your hallway...it's gorgeous!!! Of course, could it get any better...then to be filled with all that glorious...creamy white ironstone? Hehe...I think not!!! Loved getting to look at all of these fabulous pieces that you've collected...ohhh, I have serious envy going on right now, Darlin'! wink!!! Love that pretty pitcher with the embossed fruit at the top of it...gorgeous!!! Girlfriend, I never thought to just use pretty paper and tape it to the back of the hutch! Sheesshh...I've been looking for that thick paper board stuff and a fabric that I liked...but this would be sooo much easier!!! And really easy to change out when you want to...what a great idea!!! Now I just need to look for pretty paper! Hehe! I love that black and white print...what is it? Wondering if you used wrapping paper? Anyway, it looks fabulous and sooo very pretty with the white ironstone! Ohhh yes, and what is that beautiful black and white toile that I'm seeing beside your hutch? Is it a drape or do you have wallpaper there? Oooh...I love it!!! Girlfriend, I just adore that beautiful white swan tassel that Melissa gifted you with...she's just the sweetest!!! It sure does look pretty on your hutch with the white ironstone! This really has been a treat to see, Darlin'...thank you for showing us!!!

Sis, I just read your note that you left on my tulips! Sooo good to hear from you! Honey, here lately...I don't know if I'm comin' or goin'...seriously! It's just been that busy and it doesn't look like it's going to settle down anytime soon! We're heading to Atwood this weekend, taking the kids too! I hope that I'm up to that! Then the following week, Russell is taking a week's worth of vacation. Not really any plans but I never get anything done when he's home...hehe!

How are you doing my sweet friend? Did you get my email from a couple of days ago? It was a "reply" from the Country Store photos that you sent me! Anyway, I sure do hope that you're beginning to feel better and that you're gaining some strength back! Let me know how you're doing, Sis!!! Love you sooo much, dear friend!!!

Very creative. and that tassle, can't keep my eyes off it. All those touches make for a wonderful post. So honoured that you stopped in for tea and shared your ideas.
