Your china is beautiful and I love the base of your dining room table! Lovely tablescape. Miss Bloomers
I love that your dishes are a creamy color instead of white...makes them even more elegant.
Thanks for sharing!!
Emilie
It's beautiful! I am so envious of the cream soup bowls!! They are gorgeous!
Gloria...you always find the best goodies at Second Sunday...your china is exquisite! The gold flatware really picks up the gold in the china. I love your Mom's beautiful Royal Doulton figurines...they are lovely! Now I know where you get your love for beautiful treasures. :-) Your table is just amazing...can you even imagine the time and craftsmanship it took to make it...with all that gorgeous carving! Thanks so much for playing in the dishes for this TT! I always love seeing your wonderful tables! Susan
Awww, Gloria. You were so sweet to mention me in your beautiful post!
I think I commented on that gorgeous china the first time you showed it to us .. what a DEAL!
I don't recognize the crystal, but I'll see what I can figure out. If you send a picture to Replacements.com, they offer a free identification service (wouldn't hurt to hint that you might like to buy more of it sometime ... from them ... lol).
I almost lost it when you moved back and showed us that fantastic table of yours! Is it OK if I'm just a little bit jealous!
Thank you for your fun and thoughtful comment on my "Aluminum" post. It was very special ... I loved the part about SOS ... I wondered who'd be the one to say that ...
I might have known it would be the grand dame of this group!!! Hope it's OK if I call you that .. Your hubby might not like it if I said the hottest chick around! ;)
Bye for now ...
Bill
The dishes are so formal and gorgeous! You could feed the king and queen on them! What a buy you got on them and the gold ware! The table is quite amazing!!

I started drooling all over my keyboard when I saw the first pic of the dishes. I'm gonna need a BIG sponge to clean up my desk.
