Dear Gloria,
I knew Liz was failing but I had no idea she was that sick...proving once again that you can be gone in a jingle.
I thought she was sooo beautiful...her eyes so striking.
When did she die...
Thanks for dropping by this morning. I have prayed for your grandson since the day he left for training and the shooting at Fort Bragg wasn't it...and on his platoon. I have prayed the Lord remove that terrible memory from him...On There's An Angel On My Front Porch...I have him listed under Pray for our Military but I never moved the names over to Simply Debbie but I have never forgot him. You are a special lady and so is your grandson...ha...not a special lady of course but an honorable man who protects our country...
I have prayed for him and Shirls son that the angels of the Lord encampeth around them while they sleep, go ahead before them in battle and bring up the rear...the Holy Spirit will give them wisdom and extra insight to things meant to harm them but no weapon formed against them will ever prosper and I continue to Praise the Lord for keeping all our military safe.
love you Gloria
hugs
Simply Debbie

I will remember her always as she was in A Place In The Sun. As a young girl I wanted so much to look like her. She was lovely. She did a lot of fund raising and I hope she will be remembered for that as well as her great beauty.

Hi Sis...

Yes...it's nearly midnight and I'm still up wandering around blogland! Thought I would come over and check on you! I sure hate that you're getting so much snow and losing power, Sis! Hopefully spring will come soon!

I was so sad when I read the headlines today...about Elizabeth Taylor's passing. Ohhh..wasn't she a beautiful lady? She was stunning! I think the very first movie that I seen her in was Black Velvet and I loved that movie! Hollywood lost one of it's "greats" today!

Well Sis...I'm still hoping that Jenni and the kids will make it up this weekend. I will have to talk to her tomorrow to see for sure! Darrin and Danielle didn't make it last weekend as planned but they will be coming for sure this weekend! I may have a full house! Hehe! Well sweet Sis, you take care and stay warm! Thinking about you...

Love ya,
Chari

Elizabeth Taylor was beautiful, inside and out.

I believe she was a real and very down to earth person.
Current "celebrities" could learn a thing or two.
