~WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE~

Good Morning one and all...Yes I know I'm late to the party...But I will hang my head in shame and tell you why...I have not one Roo to wake me up !!

You see this sweet looking girl here sipping on a sweet tea like she's all innocent...well let me tell you she's not !! She's really a Fox in a Hen house...She steals every Roo I bring home...oh Yes!! I have even sat out traps to catch her...

Now this innocent looking girl is coming next weekend to see me...I was at Hospice thrift store the other day and found some new bait to catch her with...I know she'll love this stain glass window...she'll spot it right away and maybe I can catch her then...

If not maybe this will work...She loves to cook and this timer might do the trick...

Or maybe this sweet little chicken with her chicks...

Or maybe this little basket...do you think this might catch her???

It's has a bread basket to match it...

An a Large Pasta bowl...I brought all of these home for my traps...So wish me luck girls that I can catch this Roo thief next week...Now Please go by and See "Barb at Bella Vista" to see all the lucky gals that don't have a Daughter like my Dawna and have to hang their heads in shame...ha ha!!

May all of you have a GREAT weekend..

Hugs and smiles Glria

Gee Gloria, my name's kind close to to your daughter's. I home those bounty hunters don't come after me. I didn't do it! I swear I got my roosters by honest means!

Oh! I have one of those too!!
She steals my stepping stones, though!

Oh, well. You'll have fun with her next week anyway!

Here is an important question.
HOW did you get those little hearts to dance down your banner!
...and do they have stars!??

Cute post!

Oh! now Gloria! You can't fool us - we know you delight in daughter's attempt to steal your roosters. I bet you willingly give them to her. Loved that bread basket. I might have to hold on to that if I was you. Sally

Hey, sweetheart.....I am so glad you made it!!!! Your daughter is still a cutie....even though she steals all the roosters! Ha. The stained glass is awesome and all the pictures are just wonderful.

Gloria, thanks for joining and helping me in the celebration...you sweet thing!

Your roosters are all great. I can so relate to your post. My daughter has her whole kitchen in the rooster theme. If it goes in the kitchen, it has a rooster on it. When she comes to visit, she shops my house. The only way I can keep my roosters is to purchase two and give her one. That seems to work.

Hi Gloria,
Every time I stop by to see what you've been up to (and that could be just about ANYTHING!), or see that you've left one of your generous comments on something I've posted ... it always makes my day!

I've met a lot of special people since I started blogging back in June ... but you're definitely one of my very favorites. Your warm heart and your one-of-a-kind humor come through in everything you do!

Gloria, It's Sunday and I'm still going to rooster parties. Sorry to be so late. I'm so glad I didn't miss your party because it is such a clever one. You are too funny! Love the great pieces of pottery you found. Who makes these? I may need to find the source. Stop by hyacinthforthesoul when you have time. There are plenty of roosters there. Don't tell your fox!

Gloria, What a cute post! I think I'm going to try to get there before that pretty daughter of yours and pack up some of these roosters in my purse (I do have a plate that matches that cute basket and the other things in that set). I know the police will be hot on Dawn's trail as I make my get away with those wonderful roosters (I sure hope I can find a purse big enough for that stained glass, because I'm lovin that!) laurie
