~BLACK, WHITE and RED ALL OVER~

Hello !! what day is it ?? Why it's S.H.I.T. day " Sure Happy it's Thursday" so we can play with our dishes again...Thanks Susan for hostessing this fun day for us...be sure and go by the Porch to see all the other's today doing tables for your enjoyment...

Now everyone knows how I love my dishes and I also love nothing more to go shopping for dishes...Every time I go shopping to "Home Goods" or Marshall's my Grand daughter knows where to find me if she loose me ha ha!! You see Candace is my partner in crime...she takes me at least once every 2 months...to the BIG cities to go shopping...

2 weeks ago my partner and me headed into the Big city once again...Hey any thing over 1650 people is a Big city to me ha ha!! I found this pitcher at Marshall's....Now Candace just loved it...So right away my ole wheels are spinning on how I could do a tablescape with this...

These black shells dishes I got from Hospice thrift store for $ 1.00 for four of them...

I also found these rattan place mats last month at Home Goods 4 for $4.99...so those I already had...Then while in Marshall's my partner in crime found these beautiful Black/white dishes...So I had to get them...4 dessert plates and 4 Dinner plates...And oh the prices were also great for me...$3.99 for dinner and $2.99 for dessert...Not bad less than $30.00 for service for 4...

Oh I just loved the sweet birds on these...I could just picture these hanging on a wall in a red dining room..WOW!! how pretty would those be...

Wonder what that little Red present is all about ???

Added my little S/P to each place setting...you see we are only having a private special dinner for 2 today...

And what's with all these rose petals???

Napkins I had for years...can't remember where I got them...Hey I suffer from "Old Timers " now...Or CRS which stands for " Can't remember stuff "

Also my crime partner spotted these wine glasses...aren't they beautiful ?? only $1.99 each I had my Christmas gold wine coaster's from Home Goods I got last year...so I added them...don't want any spills on my special table today !!!

Crime partner also thought these would make cute candle holders...I think they are little wine glasses...Also only $1.99 each...so we tossed those in the basket...I know you girls from the South call it a buggy...here we call it a basket...A buggy here is something you hitch your horse's up to ha ha!!

Gold flatware from Hospice again...If my daughter Gina doesn't pick this up soon it will be wore out....

Now these sweet little cloche's Chair at " Happy to Design" send me for my Birthday last month...I had been wanting to do a table with them...When my Crime partner found these Orbs..A box of 6 for $12.99....

Loved all the differ patterns on each one...

So there is my special dinner for 2...and again you are asking what's with the red present???

Well guys...This is my partner in crime...Candace at age 1 and you can see she is even playing with plastic dishes while taking her bath ha ha!!!

This is my Special crime partner on her wedding day in October 2006...is she not Beautiful...Well also I have a secret...you see why I was out with my crime partner and she was telling me about how she did a dinner the night before and I would have been proud of the way she set her table...she loves to cook and entertain..didn't get that gene from me ( the cooking one)...And as I was tossing things she liked into the basket....

also I knew Candace has a Birthday on August 30th she'll be 27...So This was her Birthday present..."Happy Birthday" to my crime shopping partner may we have many more... Granny loves you Baby girl...Now please come get your dishes off my dining room table...Aren't I the sneaky one ha ha!!! Here all the time she was telling me Granny you don't need anymore dishes ha ha!!

Now please go by and see Susan...I'm heading that way myself...

May all of you have a safe and Blessed day...

Hugs and smiles Gl♥ria

Aren't you sly! I'm sure Candace will be thrilled.

Is it starting to feel like fall yet up at that cabin of yours. It's finally cool enough in the morning that we're not using the ac in the car on the way to school!
But if I go anywhere after 9am, it's on.

Gloria! I love it all, of course. We're having a beautiful day in the Ozarks and I just might have to take a little ride down to Marshall's. It's only 10 minutes from here. When we get home, I'm 40 minutes from Home Goods! Doesn't make sense. I'm convinced I need a trip to Marshall's!

I love that photo of your partner in crime, in the kitchen sink. Wasn't that the best of times when we bathed our babies and grandbabies, in the kitchen sink!
