~HODGE PODGE EASTER BRUNCH~

Hey Girls...its Thursday !!! so what day is it...why its Susan's at Between naps on the Porch
Tablescapes Day !!

Now Girls to see some Beautiful Easter Tables today Please Hop on over to Susan's and check it out...

I am having a Easter Bunny Brunch for two today...So puts on your ears and Hop down and see what I got...Now I shopped my guest Bathroom again for Bunnies stuff...

This is what your plate setting will look like if you care to join me for Brunch...

I really love these Cabbage plates here...I know, I know I used them last week also ...but like I said I do love them...

Grab a Lemon scones....Hey I also all allot of use out of these scones this week ha ha!!

Here's a napkin to wipe your mouth with...Got these at Target 2 months ago, 4 of them $3.99

Oh and girls I just love my little Chintz salt and pepper shakers...aren't they the cutest ...These I ordered from Victorian Trading Company...$ 9.95 for the set

The little Bowls came from what else but Ross, $1.99

Now these plate also from Ross I just fell in love with...I know they are not Easter...but I can see so many differ Tablescapes I could do with these..They look wonderful even with my Chintz Dishes... Plates were $ 3.99

Same flatware as last week...but had to use it again with the flowers matching the plates...right? of course I'm right !!

I turned the bowl upside down so you could see this pattern is called Rose Chintz...And see the beautiful rose on it...

I used my Pink depression glasses...as this table seems to be all about Pink...

Now for a centerpiece, I tossed some Easter grass on the table added a couple of Bunnies guarding a nest of eggs...( these are quail eggs..but pretend there Easter ones) Also added a little bunny with flowers in her basket under a cloche.

Now these Bunnies I have had for at least 15 years and still love them..

Are they not sweet?

Now I am going to bore you to tears with this...but to make the stand for the cloche I got out one of my Chintz Plates...

Took one of my Pink depression Sherbet glasses...Sat it on the grass...

This would give me some added height sat the plate down on top of it...My little Bunny Planter that I got 2 weeks ago at Hospice Hopped onto the Plate and I grabbed my cloche real quick and trapped her before she could escape ha ha!!!

Now this is the fabric that I got at Hospice 4 yards for a Dollar used it as a table cloth...It really does match my plates and bowls...got to love a bargain girls !!

Thank you all for coming by and seeing my Hodge Podge Easter table...hey!! I told you guys didn't say I was good at this...but I do love my dishes and I love to have fun with them...

Now May all of your Have a WONDERFUL Easter !! I will see you on Monday as I won't be posting until then...May all of you have the true spirit of Easter in your heart...as we all know its not about Bunnies , Eggs hunts or Easter Baskets.

Hugs and Smiles Glria

Hi Sis...

Just found your sweet little note at my place and came right over! I didn't know that you were doing an Easter tablescape for today...Ooooh, it turned out beautifully!!! Girl, I just love that cute little bunny & floral fabric used for your tablecloth and you're absolutely right, it goes perfectly with your new dishes!!! Of course, you know I love your cabbage plates but Girfriend, your new dishes are gorgeous!!! I think that square plate is beautiful...love the pattern on it and I think they look very Eastery (hmmm, if that a word? Hehe!) Love the bowl too...if I seen those dishes, I would have bought them...I just love them!!! I don't know if there is a Ross up where the kids live or not...I'm gonna have to check on that! They seem to have some really pretty things and very reasonably priced! I've never been to one! Love your new napkins too...they really will go with so many of your pretty dishes...great buy too!!!

Okay...about your centerpiece...it's absolutely adorable!!! I have fallen in love with your bunnies...and I was wondering when I was going to see your little Hospice bunny make his debut!!! Soooo cute!!! I have to tell you what Russell done...I walked by the table the other night and the lid was off of the apothecary jar...I asked him about it (thinking that he was sneaking candy...hehe! But he said that he was letting the bunny have some air...isn't that too cute? I just can't help but adore that man!!!

Well Sweetie...bet you're getting busy trying to get ready for your company on Easter! Sure hope ya'll have a great time!!! Wished I were closer, you'd be setting a place for me too!

Love ya Sis!
