Well you really know how to honor somebodies birthday. But then you're a class act all by yourself, so I'm not suprised. I'm trying to do a few visits this morning, I've missed everyone so much. I hope you have been fit as a fiddle.

Love Ya,
Chris

What a gorgeous and elegant tea set. You sure have the perfect home for it! Everything looks just perfect. I'll just take those pearls and loop them around my neck while you're not looking!

hey G I hope you weren't nekked during that brush burning!! LOL!! OUCH! Now G, I thought the IPOD was a good gift and the Queen liked it because it had her favorite show tunes on it. She already had an IPOD so is familiar with them. Anyway, on to better news, the floor is finished and I took some more pictures, will load them in a few minutes. I just love your Kyra slideshow, shes so beautiful and looks like her handsome daddy!! TTYL!! xoxoxo

Loved your Victorian tea party! I, too, have a spool cabinet - only mine is Clark's ONT cabinet. I found mine 40 years ago in my Dad's shop with his vise mounted on it. It cleaned up real pretty, though. Have a great week. Sally

Nice tea post. Love that spool cabinet, it makes a wonderful place to set the tea tray. Lemon poppyseed scones sound divine, can I crash the tea party?

I am sure Lady Katherine will be thrilled by your thoughtfulness.

OH MY...How on earth did I miss a tea party! I do not know "Lady Katherine" so perhaps I should make her acquaintance. My goodness, Gloria...you did the Lady proud! I'll just stand quietly over in the corner and look at all the lovliness! :) Like Bo, I am not really dressed for the occassion. :)
Hugs..
Mona
That cabinet is...gorgeous, as is everything.

Sweet Gloria, I have gone and gotten my shawl, and have sat down on your lovely sofa, yes the phone is ringing, I am so honored so many have called. I have taken a bite of the lemon scones and a sip of tea! Oh the pearls are beautiful! I love the sugar shuttle and the spool cabinet! The China, the bouquet is just lovely as all the special touches you have given for me. Ah, now I take a look at the wonderful book, for I have never seen this book, I need to peek inside. Thank you ever so much for such a lovely afternoon!
I spent the day here at home in bed, I am much better today, just a little sore. My 21 month old granddaughter went to the creek, I caught her just in time. So now, I have torn my right side from my mesh. Doc ordered hospital, I said no! I have a Tea Party going on! He was not happy, but I bound up good and stayed in bed and slept for days around the clock. I am so happy to be up and now enjoy your lovely tea! Just lovely! Thank you for a wonderful Birthday Gift of a lovely Tea!
