~JUST THIS -N- THAT~

Hello Girls, Hope all of you have a great week started, Now as you know last Saturday was Len and mine's 8th Anniversary from when we met...and I am so lucky because he also always gets me a Present for that day....You see we got Married on Christmas Day 2005 in Las Vegas so we really celebrate the Summer we met!! Too many things going on at Christmas to celebrate at that time....Now this what Len got me...It's an painted glass window....it's by Alphonse Mucha who was a very famous Paris painter ...Mucha did all the posters for Actress Sarah Bernhardt from 1890-1910...Now this came from a collector home in San Francisco it is believe to be ca.1910...It is one of the Four Seasons that Mucha did...I just love the gold leaf frame on it is it not a beauty....It's called Butterfly Summer...Have not a clue where I will hang it yet...But I am sure I will find a perfect spot for it ha ha!! Thanks Len you did Great again...Len always buys me Antiques..

Now would you like to see my BUST enlargement ???

Now this is my new Bust I just got from Second Sunday...its a sweet little boy one

Now this is still my all time favorite one that Len got me at Christmas time....This is an antique one...

Piano bust I also got from Second Sunday.....The girl, love the way she is holding her ears and you ask why....

Well here why you see her boy friend is blowing his horn to loud for her...ha ha!!

I also got this Bust from Second Sunday last time I went...You think I have a thing for bust's Girl's

Another Second Sunday find...

Just a couple on my coffee table hey these things travel in pair here...

Now this will be my last post until after Aug the 5th as you see I am going to Texas on the 27th....My Daughter Gina and I will Decorating and attending her Son Joshua and Heather's Wedding on Aug first, and all of Gina's Children will be apart of the wedding and also the first time my Gina will get to see all 3 of her kids at the same time in about 10 years...Plus all her Grand babies...She is so excited as I am for her...I know how hard it can be to try and get the whole family together when we are scattered throughout the states...You see her oldest son lives in Calif with his wife and daughter and she See's him every month...Josh lives in Texas with Heather and his daughter Kyra, and Alison lives in Chicago with her Son Lucas....

Now as for me I am taking my really BIG PURSE to bring back a few things I just have to have...Like I want Moose

Oh and I can't wait to get my old arms around this sweet little Kyra...I have been saving a Zillion kisses to give to this sweet baby...Ooooh girls I can almost smell her sweetness...I just got her wedding dress which is white with a big red sash and she got red Dorothy shoes to wear with it...how cute is she going to be...Oh and her part in the wedding is that of the daughter of the Bride and Groom ha ha!! And to just look cute !!!

This is Alison my 23 year ago Grand daughter and her son Lucas...he'll be 4 in November...wished these photos were bigger...but hey I stole them off her face book ha ha!!

Now Lucas I did get to see when he was 5 months old...He is going to be the ring bearer..can't wait to see him in his little tux...

Now here is Yazzy who is 5 months old and Gina....I have never met this Baby yet either....Her daddy (grandson Bobby) is the best man at his brother's wedding...

Now while I am there I will be celebrating my Birthday ...how do you like my cake girls ha ha!!! I will be missing all of you while I am gone....But can't hardly wait to see my grand kids and Great grand babies...Len gave me this trip for my Birthday...he can't go as he has to stay home with his dog that will be 17 years old also on my Birthday...hey me and the dog share the day ha ha!!
Also josh told me there is a Hobby Lobby about a block away from his house...So I know I will need that BIG purse...I have both my camera's ready and even bought more memory cards for them...Oh Yes I love to take pictures...I will be over to visit with all of you before I leave....May you all have a great time while I'm gone...And Please don't forget me....Love ya guys.

Hugs and smiles Gl♥ria

Gloria, your grandbabies are so adorable! Your hubs has fabulous taste, such a wonderful and beautiful gift! And LOL @ Bust enlargement. You nut!

Sounds like you are going to have loads of fun in Texas! I am soooo jealous about Hobby Lobby! There was one only 1/4 mile from my home and another near my Son's school. I went to both quite often! Have a great time! Can't wait to see wedding photos!

Have a lovely and safe trip!

That Len is a keeper! I wonder if he could give my husband lessons on buying me gifts? He gave me a golf club once, and a cushion for a bike seat. UGH! He only thinks about sports. Love that shelf you have with the plates and busts. Len must love having so many busts around the house! HA, HA! Have a wonderful birthday and time at the wedding seeing all of your family! Be safe!

Gloria, first off, that window is gorgeous! Can't wait to see where it lands. And the little boy playing the sax - too precious. Cait would love that one (probably not so much the girl holding her ears haha) I'm so happy that you finally get to meet all these new babies and spend some family time with everyone. And I'm so happy that Texas gets to host Miss Gloria! I hope you have a wonderful trip (don't bring your guitar haha) and a beautiful time with your family. Glad you're prepared to take lots and lots of pictures. And bring plenty of water, girl it's been HOT here. I wish I had an excuse to run up to Denton and see Cait, cause I would mosey on over to the big D to see you too! But she will be here as we have family coming in from the 3rd til the 11th, so DH probably wouldn't believe that I had to run a care package up to her haha. Have a wonderful time dear, can't wait to hear all of your stories. Hugs, Kathy

Now about this post! Your photos are wonderful! Love all your pretties you have for your home, but your photos of your family warmed my heart soooo much!! What adorable babies!!! I can just imagine how anxious you are to get them in your arms!! Lucky you!!

Have a wonderful visit with your family, and I think you had better take a big extra suitcase instead of a big purse for when you go to Hobby Lobby, because if you've never been to one before you're gonna LOVE it. I sure wish we had them here in Cali!!!

Take care my sweet friend,

Ohhh...and I love, love, LOVE your new little boy bust!!! Of course you know that I have a thing for busts...I just love all of your pretty busts!!! Oooh, that's sounds funny, huh??? Hehe!!! Sis...I'm just soooo happy for you! Your trip to Texas is going to be so much fun!!! I just know Gina's elated to be able to have all of her children and grandchildren all together! That's why I was so excited about going to Texas last month...you're right, after they all get grown and have families of their own...it's really difficult to get them all together!!!

Sis...you know that photo of Kyra may be my favorite!!! I know that you're going to have a zillion kisses for that precious little angel when you finally get to see her...but you must give her one more just for me!!! I feel like she is a bit mine too...after all the prayers that went up for her! Please give Josh and Heather my Congrats on their wedding...I'm sending my very best wishes and prayers for them!!! Ohhh Girl, the little dress that you got for Kyra sounds just precious...I mean...little red shoes? Too cute! You'll have to take lots of photos...I wanna see!!! Hehe!

Now that you've let me know what they are...it makes sence! I can see how great they would be for produce! Can't believe that your friend has hers for sale for $145...eeeks!!! And I have two of them! I really liked them because they fold up...so you can make them different shapes and sizes...thought that was cool! Well now I know...thank you!!!

Hey Gloria! I hope you're having a wonderful vacation! Your Len sounds like my sweet hubby. He always remembers the anniversary of our first date! What a treasure that stained glass piece is, I know it will be fab where ever you decide to place it.
That little baby is just adorable, can't wait to have a little one like that some day.
Oh and now let's talk about Moose! Whose little yorkie is he? I just looooove the name!
